June   1939          Started business with Nissan Diesel Motor Co. Ltd., (UD Trucks) , launched into auto-parts manufacturing
Feb.   1959           Renamed company as Daishin-Tekko Co. Ltd., 
Aug.   1964           Transferred to Yono, Saitama, began operation as a head plant
May    1970          Started business with Komatsu Mec Corp., (Komatsu Ltd.)
